Building the New Generation of Romanian Business Leaders: Beyond Business School
In the heart of Romania’s thriving entrepreneurial landscape, Beyond Business School is setting a new standard for executive education. Founded in September 2023 by entrepreneur and community builder Andra Ghibuțiu and serial entrepreneur Grégoire Vigroux, Beyond Business School is more than just a management program—it’s a launchpad for the next generation of business leaders.
The fast-track executive program is designed to empower ambitious entrepreneurs and managers to take their careers to the next level. Spanning 10 intensive weekends, the curriculum blends business fundamentals with leadership development, while fostering invaluable networking opportunities. The first cohort, which began on January 12, 2024, will conclude on March 31, 2024, with the next cohort set to launch on January 10, 2025, running until March 29, 2025.
