Executive Summary

At HR Bible, we believe the future of work isn't more software—it’s smarter software. We're building a suite of AI-powered agents that simplify operations across HR, Sales, and Legal—starting with where the pain is greatest: HR.

HR Bible is our first product—a native assistant for Slack and Microsoft Teams that helps HR teams eliminate repetitive tasks, stay compliant, and refocus on people, not paperwork. With natural language support and no additional logins, it integrates seamlessly into existing workflows.

But this is just the beginning.

Over the next 12–24 months, we’ll expand our agent platform to launch Sales Bible and Legal Bible, each tailored to solve industry-specific bottlenecks using the same scalable infrastructure. Clients already using HR Bible will be able to plug in these modules effortlessly.

We’re on a mission to redefine traditional SaaS with a new model: Agent-as-a-Service (AaaS). One platform. Multiple domains. All natively embedded where work happens.

This investment powers that vision.

The Problem
HR tools are fragmented, costly & complex
They add noise instead of solving it (more logins for employees, and even more so for HR professionals)

Our Solution
HR-Bible is natively available in Microsoft Teams & Slack
No new accounts, access at your fingertip, answers to natural language
Sales & Legal Bible will be available as plug-ins for anyone already on HR-Bible (built on similar infrastructure)
Employers and employees want a single source of truth - we want to be that source of truth

Market Opportunity
HR software market size is set to surpass $38 billion USD by 2030 at 10% YoY CAGR
Current market solutions are outdated, difficult to use & maintain and integrations with tools like Teams or Slack are limited at best (this feedback was obtained through client conversations)
Starting with being natively integrated in the client's ecosystem, we're also able to be the most cost-effective solution on the market. Our Founders 500 program allows the first 50 customers around 10 countries access to a flat lifetime fee as long as they don't grow past 250 employees.

Business Model
We plan on generating revenue in 2 ways:
Through direct B2B contracts where clients get access to use the software through a subscription
Through strategic partnerships (ie: employees are taking sick days -> we partner with pharmacies in different countries to give them discounts)

Pricing Strategy (Subscription Tiers):
Startup Lite (1-250 employees) - limited access to functionality - $100 / month or $1,000/year
Beta (1-250 employees) - full access - $150 / month or $1,500/year (will increase once out of Beta)
Founders 500 (1-250 employees) - full access - $2,000 fixed yearly (lifetime price)
Official launch (50-250 employees) - $350 / month or $3,500/year
Enterprise Tier 1 (251-499 employees) - $600 / month or $6,000/year
Enterprise Tier 2 (500 - 999 employees) - $900 / month or $9,000/year
Enterprise Tier 3 (1,000 - 2,499 employees) - $1,300 / month or $13,000/year
Enterprise Tier 4 (5,000+ employees) - Custom Quote

CAC & LTV assumptions are under analysis

Path to profitability
We've always said we want to keep things lean, which translates into keeping a very low burn rate focusing on product development with customer care skills and sales until Series A
We're targeting gross margins of 70-80% and our current costs support this statement
Adding self-serve onboarding on Slack & MS Teams will lower the need for high-touch sales
With all four co-founders working full-time, our cost structure supports breakeven at around $330K ARR, enabling sustainability without further funding.

Investment Opportunity
We're seeking a pre-seed investment of €250,000 to accelerate growth by enabling two co-founders (sales & product development) to work full-time. This investment will be used to:

Accelerate customer acquisition via industry events and direct outreach
Finalize integrations and scale support for Slack & MS Teams
Deliver the AI policy assistant roadmap
Maintain a lean structure with a clear path to breakeven at $330,000 ARR
