Life Story

We built our first startup as students, starting as a game. After a party, my co-founder’s mother yelled at us for partying instead of studying, so we created an app for next-day cleaning. 1.5 years later, we partnered with AirInvest and raised $150K. Four years later, I exited—our company (26 employees, $400K ARR) was sold to an investor with 110 Airbnb apartments.

I then launched Solmag.ro, a solar panel marketplace. We onboarded 35 installers, raised $100K at a $4.5M valuation, and sold 7 projects in the first month. My co-founder thought he could do it better (bad choice), we lost momentum, and within a year, 30 competitors emerged.

I sold my apartment, went all-in on Bitcoin, bought another apartment, and invested $100K into Solmag, bootstrapping it.

My project

We are building a Layer 1 Energy Network, aggregating DERs (Distributed Electricity Resources) into a decentralized energy cloud. This foundational infrastructure integrates diverse energy sources (starting with prosumers and consumers) to enable seamless transactions and data exchange between producers, consumers, energy suppliers, and distributors.
